Our Housing Philosophy 

Contact is a team of volunteers who believes that everyone should have an affordable place to live. Going one step further, we contend that these spaces should be owned and controlled by their residents. Not every housing arrangement we recommend will strictly follow this model since transitional and temporary housing are not normally owned by residents. 

Our Work Philosophy 

Contact realizes how workers do the majority of the work at businesses. Thus, in a similar vein to housing, we believe that workers should own and run their places of employment. However, a worker-owned business is not enough. Contact will only recommend businesses, like housing, that treat people with dignity and respect.
